1. Purpose
These Terms govern the access to and use of the treviza.com website and the informational services offered by Treviza S.R.L. related to real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia.
2. Nature of the service
Treviza acts as a technology platform that facilitates the connection between individual investors and previously evaluated real estate developers. Treviza does not provide personalised financial advice and does not guarantee returns.
3. Registration and use
Registration requires you to be of legal age, with legal capacity and verifiable residence. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Improper use of the site may result in suspension of access.
4. Investment risks
Investing in real estate projects involves risks, including the partial or total loss of the invested capital. Before participating you must read the technical, legal and financial information of each project.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (Treviza brand, texts, images, source code, databases) are owned by Treviza S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by Bolivian and international law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Treviza is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from investment decisions taken by users.
7. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page together with the last update date.
